Mallory Underwood is a wife, mom to a growing boy and girl, a believer in the power of human connection, and a french fry lover with insatiable wanderlust.
Besides travel being a lifelong passion, Mallory enjoys an active lifestyle (she’s actually a certified yoga instructor—namaste y'all!), is an avid read-for-fun bookworm, and is currently working toward embracing imperfection.
Mallory spent 12 years working in the nonprofit sector before starting More You in 2017 and has a public relations major and a journalism minor to back up her experience. She is also a co-founder of Business Unbound and co-host of the Unbound Turnarounds podcast.
Throughout her time supporting entrepreneurs, Mallory has worked with more than 50 brands and supported them with every aspect of business operations. She is a top-notch executor making CEO’s visions come to life while providing human-first partnership, consultation, and strategy followed by reliable, expert implementation.
Mallory was born and raised in Michigan, met her Canadian husband in Western Australia, has visited more countries than she has fingers, and lived in five U.S. states before nestling into cozy Calgary where she currently lives.

Calli Alberts is blessed to be the mama of two wonderful “littles.”
She thrives on interacting with people, but kiddos take the cake! (She’s a 2 on the enneagram so helping people is her thing.)
She lives an active, healthy lifestyle, but she strives for balance. (Read: This girl loves chocolate and french fries.) She also loves adventuring, exploring new places, spending time with friends and family, and cuddling up with a good book in front of the fire.

Calli has experience in marketing, management, HR, recruiting, social media management, and education, and she has been fortunate to work in various industries and roles. Calli has been supporting entrepreneurs since 2019 and has worked with numerous businesses on many aspects of business operations.
Calli has lived in five different states, including her time earning a degree in marketing and management from the University of Kentucky, but now she calls Pennsylvania home.
Meet Clara

Clara Robertson is a wife and mother to three beautiful, wild kiddos. Her kids probably get their free and adventurous spirit from her. She loves to learn by experiencing the world, its people, and cultures and is happy to now bring her family along.
Clara graduated with a double major, but since earning her Bachelor’s degree she has not turned down opportunities that challenge her to grow. These opportunities have allowed her to learn and succeed in multiple industries where she began with no knowledge or experience. These include the energy industry, non-profit organizations, and even opening up a school and being appointed as its principal.
Since 2022, Clara has been supporting several long-term clients with reliable, imperative operations support. She brings her adventurous spirit to work by diving into new things in order to thrive in all she does.
Clara and her family live in South Carolina where they enjoy the outdoors while biking, swimming, paddle boarding, and hiking.
