SHORT TERM SUPPORT
Let us make sure you have the right systems in place and ensure you are utilizing your current tech stack efficiently.
This offering will get the right systems in place to ensure your offerings are the best they can be! The support can include getting client onboarding in tip-top shape, making a plan for hiring and onboarding support contractors/team members, and setting up systems like a project management system, a CRM, and/or a password management system. After supporting entrepreneurs since 2017 and working with 40 plus brands, we know a thing or two about best practices and system implementation. Basically, we love systems, and we’re good at it! Let us figure out the systems strategy you need so you can find more time, space, and energy.

Discovery takes 60-90 minutes. We’ll chat to learn more about you, your business, and your goals.

The strategy phase takes one to two 90-minute calls. We’ll get granular and suggest actual steps that should be taken to get your systems game in check. At the end of this phase, we’ll get your approval to move forward with the implementation of our systems strategy nd prioritize what to do first.

We’ll work away behind the scenes to execute all of the actions from the previous phase and communicate back and forth via email (or calls if needed) for any questions that arise.

As each piece of the stategy gets implemented, we’ll test it and make sure it works as expected.

We’ll share a standard operating procedure (SOP) document with you that includes videos on how to use any new systems we implemented or systems we expanded on, and we’ll train you on how to work in them going forward.
